About This Role
The Role:
Reporting to the Data Center Infrastructure Manager, the Coordinator, Data Center Infrastructure supports the day-to-day operations of 11:11 Systems' global data center infrastructure, assisting with deployments, infrastructure expansion projects, and operational activities across the environment. The right person for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating vendors and remote hands across multiple time zones, while keeping documentation and DCIM records accurate as changes occur. This is a full-time remote role, based in India, with occasional travel, reporting to the Data Center Infrastructure Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Triage the teamqueue, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues asrequired.
* Coordinate remote hands activities and provide detailed technical instructions during incidents.
* Support infrastructure projects across global data center environments.
* Assistwithcolocationproject delivery, including installations, decommissions, and migrations.
* Support data centerbuild-outsand expansion initiatives.
* Work closely with vendors and service providers, providing detailed technical instructions for hardware deployments, troubleshooting, and remediation activities.
* Participate in an on-call rotation and provide support for out-of-hoursincidents and escalations.
* MaintainaccurateData Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) records as changes occur across the environment.
* Maintainaccurateinventory records within the stock management system.
* Process cross-connect requests, including installations, de-installations, and hot-cut activities.
* Maintainaccuratecircuitand connectivity records.
* Coordinate hardware shipments, receiving, andlogisticsactivities related to data center operations.
* Ensure operational documentation is maintained and updated.
* Work supportively with colleagues,operatingin a manner that is consistent with 11:11'sCode of Business Ethics and Company Values.
* Responsibly receive,transmit, and handle company data and information perCompanydata handling agreements, workproceduresand policies.
* Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements.
* Additionalduties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experiencerequired.
* 3+ years of experience supporting data center operations, infrastructure deployments, or colocation environmentsrequired.
* Experience working with data center hardware, cabling, power, and network infrastructure, and coordinating third-party vendors and service providersrequired.
* Experience with DCIM platforms and asset management systems, and familiarity with colocation facilities and carrier connectivity services preferred.
* ITIL Foundation, CDCP, or similar industry certification preferred.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively across global teams, andmaintaina customer-focused mindset.
* Willingness toparticipatein an on-call rotation and occasional travel.
* Must be legally eligible to work in India without visa sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
* Occasional travel to data center or office locations as needed, including walking within data center facilities and working in environments with typical data center noise levels.
* Ability to periodically lift and move equipment or packages associated with data centerlogistics, asrequiredand within reasonable accommodation guidelines.
