POSITION TITLE: Quality Manager

CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is a Nationwide full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions

including Wireline, Wireless, Technology, Critical Infrastructure, and

ADB is seeking Quality Manager to drive accountability and ensure project-level

deliverables that meet ADB’s quality standards. This role will partner with

internal stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes for complex, multi-disciplined

projects. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering and

executing large-scale construction projects with impeccable quality, with a

strong work ethic and an ALL IN mindset to drive results.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead overall project quality performance across complex, multi-disciplined

construction projects

* Ensure all work meets company quality standards, customer expectations, and

contractual requirements

* Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify gaps or

non-conformance issues

* Partner with project management, engineering, and field operations teams to

drive quality outcomes

* Provide quality guidance and support during project planning, execution, and

closeout activities

* Facilitate communication between teams regarding quality expectations,

findings, and resolutions

* Mentor field personnel and project teams on quality standards and best

practices

* Maintain responsibility for overall project quality performance and customer

satisfaction outcomes

* Provide project management teams with updates on project quality status,

risks, and improvement opportunities

* Maintain organized records to support customer reviews, audits, and project

closeout requirements

* Serve as an informal leader of field team members, driving quality and

communicating issues to Supervisors and Construction Managers

* Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard

success

* Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of

ZERO throughout the entire organization

* Perform additional responsibilities as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

* Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions including climbing,

sitting, standing, walking, and driving

* Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or

rainy spring, summer, and fall weather combined with regular work time

indoors in environmentally controlled conditions

* May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on

sites of projects being managed or coordinated

* When working on site, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety

glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

* 1-3+ years of technical field experience required

* 1+ years of QAQC program leadership experience required

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required

This position pays between $65,000 and $110,000 base and is based on the

candidate's skillset and experience.
