Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Specialist II in Dallas, TX, where you will play a pivotal role in confirming the highest standards of quality and safety in construction projects. As a key representative of our client, you will oversee contract compliance, safety protocols, and quality assurance, confirming that all project deliverables meet the stringent requirements set forth by our clients and regulatory bodies. With a Bachelor's degree and over 4 years of experience, you will lead project teams, coordinate with various stakeholders, and maintain detailed records of project progress.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Maintain professionalism in attire and communication at all times on-site and in meetings

Represent the client in alignment with contract requirements and project deliverables

Review construction contracts and prepare a written testing schedule

Address safety concerns and prepare inspection reports to a level acceptable to the Government

Maintain accurate and detailed written records of project progress during all stages of construction

Assist in preparing safety reports and conduct construction testing

Conduct labor interviews to verify correct worker classification and wages

Perform periodic site walks for quality assurance, safety compliance, and project tracking

Coordinate client outage/shutdown procedures and advise on construction work issues

Confirm adherence to safety protocols and address contractor safety concerns

Inspect workmanship, materials, and equipment for contract conformity

Lead project teams, assign tasks, and hold team members accountable

Maintain a list of defects and omissions and monitor the safety program

Notify leadership of test failures and plan corrective actions

Perform punchlist oversight and participate in zero defect walkthroughs

Review and approve project reports and serve as the direct point of contact for the owner

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Requirements

Construction Quality Manager CCQM or USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) Certification preferred

5 years of experience in quality control or construction management

Experience working on Data Centers.

OSHA 10-Hour Training

Strong understanding of construction contracts and safety regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills
