Job Description

As a Security Officer - Data Center Protection in Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting daily operations. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution location, including building exteriors, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points, visitor and driver activity, and inbound/outbound traffic in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.

Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in alignment with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

A Guard Card/License is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
