Job Description

As a Security Officer Data Center in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while responding to security-related concerns and assisting visitors and tenants. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and common areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and communicating concerns to appropriate personnel.

Complete required activity reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
