As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate data center location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor access points and visitor activity at a commercial real estate data center location, verifying credentials and documenting entries in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate personnel.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, exterior grounds, parking areas, perimeter, and critical infrastructure areas to help deter unauthorized activity.

Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports while maintaining professional interactions with clients, vendors, and other site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

Have customer service experience, preferred.

Have alarm panel experience, preferred.

Have access control and/or badge experience, preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
