is looking for a Cluster Operations Leader to take charge of a growing region at

a pivotal moment — one where new infrastructure is being stood up and a capable

team needs a leader who can guide them through the next phase of expansion.

As the Cluster Operations Leader, you will own operational performance across

multiple data center facilities, covering safety, security, availability,

capacity, cost, and employee development. You will lead a multi-disciplinary

organization that spans data center operations, data center engineering

operations, logistics, and decommissioning. This is a leader-of-leaders role:

you will manage managers and technical subject matter experts, set strategic

direction, and communicate effectively across a complex program that has become

Key job responsibilities

- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary cluster operations management team

across data center operations, engineering operations, logistics, and

decommissioning functions, scaling the organization over the next three years.

- Drive operational performance standards for safety, security, availability,

capacity, and cost across all data center facilities in the cluster, proactively

identifying and mitigating risks before they affect customers.

- Partner closely with infrastructure delivery and region services teams to

execute new data center launches and expansions, ensuring smooth handoffs and

readiness for production workloads.

- Own workforce planning and talent strategy for the cluster, navigating hiring

constraints while building a pipeline of future leaders through coaching,

development planning, and succession readiness.

- Establish and continuously improve operational processes, incident response

procedures, and automation practices to increase reliability and efficiency

across the cluster.

A day in the life

You will split your time between strategic leadership activities and

on-the-ground engagement in data center facilities. Mornings might start with

operational reviews alongside your management team, triaging open issues and

aligning priorities for the week. Later, you could be in a facility walking the

floor with engineers, observing maintenance work, and coaching site leaders. You

will regularly connect with infrastructure delivery and region services partners

to coordinate upcoming launches, and you will carve out time to review workforce

plans and interview candidates to stay ahead of growth targets.

critical infrastructure running safely and reliably around the clock. We work

hand-in-hand with infrastructure delivery and region services partners to bring

new capacity online and maintain existing facilities. With a clear growth

Qualifications: - 10+ years of relevant management experience in datacenter

operations, facility engineering operations, information technology critical

environment facilities, advanced high volume manufacturing, datacenter

build-outs and scaling, or similar experience

- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with

technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership

- Experience delivering complex projects with prior ownership of the operation

of a mission-critical team and/or product

- 10+ years of people leadership experience

- Valid and active driver's license Preferred Qualifications: - Experience

working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations

- Experience with project management
