About This Role
At Amazon, we strive to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, where people
can find and discover anything they want to buy online. We hire the world’s
brightest minds, offering them an environment in which they can relentlessly
improve the customer experience. Innovation and creativity are built into the
DNA of the company and are encouraged at all levels of employment. Every day we
solve complex technical and business problems with ingenuity and simplicity.
We’re making history and the good news is we’ve only just begun.
You’ll join a team of associates, supply chain specialists, program managers,
operations managers, and other critical partners. You’ll work across the
Logistics and Imaging Team (LIT) to help ensure employees receive the equipment
they need to do their jobs, while helping drive consistent, reliable, and
scalable operational processes.

primary focus is leading day-to-day operations. The right candidate will be
comfortable balancing hands-on execution with cross-functional coordination,
using data to identify gaps, and working with teams across operations,
logistics, inventory, IT, and support functions.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment, and able to lead through influence. They should be able
to understand operational processes quickly, identify areas for improvement, and
help implement practical solutions that improve accuracy, speed, and customer
experience.
