on-site role where you'll be embedded in the Data Centers you support, serving

as the voice of Builders and the strategic HR partner to site leadership. You'll

work across a cluster of Data Centers, traveling weekly to ensure every Builder

feels valued, engaged, and supported.

What we are looking for:

- Flexible skill set: Manage multiple scenarios utilizing HR expertise,

consulting skills, and influence

- Strategic thinking: Connect sentiment trends and HR data to bigger picture

operational goals while diving deep into details

- High judgment: Exercise sound judgment, manage ambiguity, serve as first point

of escalation for Builder concerns

- Collaboration: Influence multiple levels of the organization, from Builders to

senior leaders

Key job responsibilities

Builder Advocacy: Proactively monitor and analyze Builder sentiment trends using

listening mechanisms. Provide regular sentiment updates and recommended actions

to site leadership and HRBPs. Ensure Builders feel fully engaged in their work

and valued for who they are.

Strategic Partnership: Partner with Data Center Operations leaders at multiple

levels to develop proactive strategies and goals focused on the Builder

experience. Connect sentiment trends and HR data to operational goals while

diving deep into details.

HR Expertise: Apply HR fundamentals to problem-solve across talent management,

performance management, compensation, and employee relations. Support Builder

queries with discretion and expertise, navigating Amazon Policies with high

judgment. Conduct workplace investigations in collaboration with Builder

Relations.

Leadership Development: Consult, coach, and develop site leadership through

decision-making with empathy and sound judgment. Foster and role model an

environment of inclusion for all Builders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with partner teams to innovate, implement,

and deploy HR strategies across your cluster of Data Centers. Manage through

ambiguity in a fast-paced, continuously innovating environment.

A day in the life

You'll conduct weekly Gemba Go See (GGS) walks, engaging directly with Builders

to understand their experience. You'll leverage Builder sentiment data to

advocate for their needs, partnering with site leaders to develop proactive

strategies focused on engagement. You'll consult and coach leadership through

talent management, performance management, compensation decisions, and employee

relations issues, applying empathy and sound judgment. You'll collaborate with

stakeholders to align on Builder engagement actions. You'll conduct workplace

investigations, manage Builder concerns as the first point of escalation, and

own site-specific people projects that drive impact.
