Data center technician 3, DCO

The Data Center Operations (DCO) team is responsible for deploying, maintaining,

and troubleshooting the IT hardware used in Amazon's data centers.

Key job responsibilities

Server Repair – Troubleshooting hardware failures, identifying root causes, and

repairing or replacing failing components

High Impact Event Response – Responding to network failures (e.g., link outages,

rackdowns), and high-priority hardware repairs Basic Qualifications: - High

school or equivalent diploma

- 1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience

- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays Preferred

Qualifications: - Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem

resolution and operating efficiently under pressure

- Knowledge of network design, protocols and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting
