Role Overview
The Commercial Financial Project Responsible ensures the financial and commercial health of large-scale data center projects. You will manage budgets, contracts, and risks, providing accurate cost control, reporting, and forecasting while collaborating closely with project teams, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project budgets, CapEx, and cash flow; implement cost-control measures
Manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; track BOQs
Identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders on commercial decisions
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
5+ years in construction or data center projects
Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and BOQ management
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and project financial tools
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
