About This Role
Country HSE Manager – Data Centres (Sweden)
CTS Group is currently recruiting an experienced Country HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental performance across our growing portfolio of hyperscale Data Centre projects throughout Sweden.

The Role
Reporting to the Regional HSE Director, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the CTS Group Health, Safety and Environmental strategy across all Swedish operations.
This is a strategic leadership role where you will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, clients and senior management to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance are maintained across multiple Data Centre projects, while driving a positive safety culture throughout the business.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or a related discipline
NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 or equivalent qualification
Minimum 8 years' experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments, including leadership experience
Country HSE Manager experience managing Health & Safety across multiple projects or business units
Strong knowledge of Swedish HSE legislation and regulatory requirements
Experience developing and implementing HSE management systems, policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment and incident investigation
Experience leading audits, inspections and regulatory compliance programmes
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Confident engaging with clients, subcontractors and senior stakeholders
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital HSE reporting systems
Fluent English essential
Previous Data Centre experience would be a distinct advantage
Willingness to travel throughout Sweden
