Environmental Lead (Data Centres)
CTS Group is currently recruiting an experienced Environmental Lead to join our growing team supporting hyperscale Data Centre projects across Europe from our Dublin office.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Environment, you will play a key role in leading and supporting environmental compliance across a portfolio of Data Centre projects throughout Europe.
This is a dynamic, multi-site role where you will work closely with construction management, project teams, procurement and client representatives to ensure environmental requirements are embedded throughout project delivery. You will oversee compliance, coordinate environmental performance, support permitting and reporting, and drive continuous improvement from project mobilisation through to handover.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
Master's degree or Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) status desirable
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in environmental management, EHS or construction delivery within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments
Previous experience supporting large-scale construction or Data Centre projects would be highly desirable
Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, compliance and sustainability best practice
Experience managing permits, consents, environmental reporting and compliance documentation
Experience reviewing specifications, submittals, risk assessments and environmental management plans
Strong understanding of waste management, pollution prevention, resource efficiency and environmental risk management
Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across live projects and drive continuous improvement
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems
Fluent English essential
Willingness to travel across Europe as required
