About This Role
HSE Lead (Data Centers)
CTS Group is currently recruiting an experienced HSE Lead to join our growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects across Narvik in Norway.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Europe's fastest-growing mission-critical contractors, leading the health, safety, and environmental function on major data centre projects while driving a strong safety culture across site operations.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead all Health, Safety and Environmental activities on site, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, engagement, and continuous improvement are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with project management, client representatives, subcontractors, and the wider delivery team to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures, client requirements, and Norwegian legislation.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related discipline
• NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or equivalent qualification desirable
• Minimum 5-7+ years' experience in Health & Safety within construction or mission critical environments
• HSE Lead experience leading HSE teams on large-scale Data Centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or major construction projects
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety management systems
• Experience managing audits, inspections, client reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop HSE Advisors and Officers
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital HSE reporting platforms
• Fluent English essential
• Knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation desirable
• Previous hyperscale Data Centre experience would be a distinct advantage
