You will join the Mechanical Engineering team of one of the world's most advanced technology companies, headquartered in Austin, Texas.
This is an onsite position focused on designing next-generation AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) data center infrastructure with advanced liquid cooling systems. You will work closely with hardware, electrical, and facilities engineering teams to bring complex mechanical designs from concept through production deployment.
This is a highly technical, high-impact role supporting next-generation AI infrastructure.
Design complex end-to-end 3D mechanical assemblies, including rack structures, brackets, rails, adapters, cooling manifolds, and fluid connectors.
Design and optimize liquid cooling solutions, including Coolant Distribution Modules (CDMs), manifolds, connectors, and cooling loop architectures.
Integrate mechanical designs with electrical infrastructure, including power shelves, BBUs, busbars, and related hardware.
Create detailed 3D CAD models, 2D manufacturing drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and engineering documentation.
Validate designs using CFD, FEA, and digital twin simulation workflows.
Collaborate with hardware, electrical, and facilities teams to deliver fully integrated infrastructure solutions.
Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with OCP, ASHRAE, and EIA standards.
Support rapid prototyping using 3D printing and other manufacturing methods.
Evaluate mechanical components, materials, and suppliers to meet performance, manufacturability, and reliability requirements.
