Senior Manager Projects-Data Center (Johor 2)

Job Objective:

Results-driven and strategic Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of

extensive experience in leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects across

engineering, construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors. Demonstrates

strong expertise in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and

governance, combined with deep knowledge of document control (DC) processes and

systems. Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles while ensuring

strict compliance with document management standards, regulatory frameworks, and

quality assurance protocols. Skilled in integrating document control systems

into project operations to drive efficiency, transparency, and audit readiness

Project Management & Leadership

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of

complex projects within scope, time, and budget.

• Develop and implement project management strategies, schedules, and

execution plans.

• Manage cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors

across multiple disciplines.

• Ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and client

expectations.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Document Control & Governance

• Oversee and ensure robust document control processes across all project

phases.

• Integrate document management systems into project execution strategies.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Act as the primary interface between management, consultants,

contractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Chair project meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions.

• Ensure timely communication and reporting of project status, risks, and

issues.

• Facilitate document flow and approvals between all parties.

Quality, Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and

industry standards.

• Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation is complete

and traceable.

• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and KPIs on project progress and

document status.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for project and document

workflows.
