Senior Manager-Projects Data Center (MNL)

Responsibilities

* Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex data centre projects,

ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.

* Develop project strategies, master schedules and execution plans.

* Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors and

vendors across multiple disciplines.

* Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

* Manage project governance and document control throughout all phases of

delivery.

* Act as a key interface between management, consultants, contractors and

internal stakeholders.

* Lead project meetings, progress reviews and technical discussions.

* Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, issues and key deliverables.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality

standards and industry best practice.

* Prepare management reports, dashboards and KPIs covering project progress and

documentation.

* Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, reporting and document

management processes.

Skills & Experience

* Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, with extensive experience managing

large-scale, multidisciplinary projects within engineering, construction,

infrastructure or oil & gas.

* Strong project planning, execution, stakeholder management and governance

capabilities.

* Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and vendors.

* Advanced knowledge of document control processes, systems and project

governance.

* Strong risk management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

* Comfortable operating within high-volume, fast-paced project environments.

* Good written and spoken English.

* Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams

and MS Office, including advanced Excel and reporting tools.

* Experience with Documentum or similar document management platforms.

Education 

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business

Administration or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is highly

desirable.

Data Centre certification would be advantageous.
