Monitor compliance with internal policies, operational standards, customer obligations and regulatory requirements, and track relevant changes in regulation and industry practice.

Audit and assurance

Coordinate management system audits, compliance reviews and certification readiness assessments across operational data centres.

Ensure findings are documented, assigned, remediated and closed effectively, coordinating with Internal Audit where independent assurance is required.

Coordinate external ISO and other certification-related audits and support customer compliance reviews.

Documentation and management systems

Maintain the processes , standards, procedures, records and evidence repositories required for certification compliance, ensuring that documentation is current, controlled, retained appropriately and audit-ready.

Develop and review documentation standards and evidence-management processes for new certification initiatives and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement

Lead and coordinate the framework required for operational teams and relevant corporate functions to achieve and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, customer commitments, corporate standards and internationally recognised certifications.

Coordinate with stakeholders in the design, implementation and ongoing maturity of the compliance and certification framework, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
