Data Center Maintenance Planner

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 1 year of experience in program or project management.

* Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.

* Experience working with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Possession of a Bachelor's in Arts /Science/ Engineering degree or equivalent

practical experience.

* Extensive experience in critical facilities management or operations

management, encompassing facility, operations, technical, and team

leadership.

* Demonstrated experience as a Facilities/Operations Manager or Chief Engineer

within a critical facility.

* Proven electrical or mechanical experience is necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center

Operations teams and vendors, planning and scheduling of resources needed to

perform maintenance activities.

* Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of

schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program.

* Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill

of materials, and PM schedules.

* Manage the process of launching our CMMS and work management processes at the

site level to be used in the daily operation of the data center.
