MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience within the industry including data centers, oil and
gas, semi conductors or hospitals.
* 8 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, security
monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, and
infrastructure.
* 5 years of experience with construction management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
* 8 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including
electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling
units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, with an
understanding of start up/commissioning processes.
* 7 years of experience with data center construction.
ABOUT THE JOB:
As a Program Manager, you will have demonstrated experience with data center
design, development, construction and commissioning projects. You will provide
management of large-scale data centers, computer farms, networking, AC and DC
power distribution/conversion, and cooling methods at multiple scales. You will
be tasked with managing and coordinating the desires and needs of multiple
partner teams, while managing changes and maintaining a focus on keeping the
project on schedule and budget. You will have experience managing large-scale
technical projects in a changing industry, ability to grow in ambiguity and
demonstrated problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. You should be
able to conceptualize and describe the delivery of a data center facility from
start to commissioning and understand the nuances and risks that you and your
team will need to manage.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $188000 - $274000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage data center projects from inception through to completion.
* Support special research and development experiments, renovations, and
upgrades of existing facility.
* Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions
that satisfy customer needs.
* Maintain responsibility from construction to deployment.
* Resolve critical issues within the organization while maintaining adherence
to project timelines and costs.
