MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience programming in C++.
* 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
* 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
* Experience with network architecture, ethernet switching, software
development and network infrastructure.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
technical field.
* 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
* 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams
and setting technical direction.
* 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving
cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
* Good understanding of modern AI/ML infrastructure, ideally including network
architecture.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work on the latest AI/ML networks for TPUs and GPUs.
* Work with hardware and software systems, programming the data plane and
control plane for networking applications which drive the world's largest
network infrastructure.
* Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
* Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and
enhancement of software solutions.
