About This Role
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, construction
engineering, construction management, related technical field, or equivalent
* 5 years of experience in construction program management.
* Experience with commercial agreement management and procurement.
* Experience in data center program management and data center technology.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
* Experience managing vendor relationships with an understanding of standard
practices in the design and construction industry.
* Experience working with data center equipment/environments (including
switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units,
controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems) with an
understanding of start up/commissioning processes.
* Experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
