Technical Program Manager, Data Center Construction/Projects, YAWN Builds

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 5 years of experience in program management.

* Experience in the construction field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial

Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent industry experience.

* 5 years of experience in construction programs and project delivery of

mission-critical facilities over the full project lifecycle.

* Experience with data center equipment/environments, including switchgear,

generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security

monitoring systems, and fire safety systems.

* Experience with commercial negotiations, contractor procurement and

mobilization into delivery.

* Experience managing vendor relationships, with an understanding of standard

practices in the design and construction industry.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,

experience, and relevant education or training.

Netherlands: €130000 - €133000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage a large, site-wide data center construction and delivery organization,

managing scopes related to construction projects and/or capital improvement

projects.

* Be responsible for ensuring the development of detailed designs, managing

construction (delivery, cost, quality and EHS), commissioning, close-out and

hand-off to the operations team. Ensure all customer requirements are being

met.

* Establish and maintain various delivery models and global relationships with

multiple vendors.

* Create a growth plan and be involved in hiring/recruiting of talent in the

areas of project management, field engineering, document control, technical

writing, etc.

* Research and implement construction means and methods of data center

equipment and facilities. Carry design concepts into mass production and

integrate into facilities.
