Job Title: Data Center Infrastructure Sales Manager
Job Location: Boulogne-Billancourt
Main Responsibilities:
Developing new business opportunities in the large DC industry through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with major DC Colo companies, general contractors, and design firms.
Coordinating business activities with European and global headquarters to ensure strategic alignment and effectiveness.
Conducting in-depth market insights and analysis (competitive intelligence, industry trends, local regulations, etc.) to forecast industry developments.
Requirements:
Engineering degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering).
At least 5 years of experience as a Sales manager, preferably specializing in global or regional large account (Named Account) sales of power/cooling solutions.
Proficiency in electrical technology, particularly UPS and low-voltage power supply systems for data centers, with an understanding of their features and advantages.
Familiarity with the ecosystem of large data centers in France and a good understanding or experience with the roles of general contractors and design firms in the market.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Fluent in French and English; proficiency in another European language is an asset.
Entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with international teams.
Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization management.
Availability for frequent travel (up to 50%) and flexibility to work outside regular hours as required by client needs.
