Responsibilities
Manage and oversee data center construction projects from initiation through completion ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
Develop detailed project plans including scope, resources, timelines, and risk assessments.
Conduct site inspections and resolve issues related to construction, materials, and compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and network engineers to integrate systems effectively.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with all industry codes, standards, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry, preferably data center projects.
Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure including power, cooling, and network systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements relevant to construction projects.
