Assistant Manager - Production (Data Center)

To lead production operations for Data Center products including PDCs, RPPs,

Server & Storage Racks, Containerized/Skid Solutions, Cable Support Systems, and

Bus Ducts, ensuring achievement of quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and

safety targets while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage day-to-day production activities to meet customer delivery

commitments.

* Lead NPI, process setup, production trials, and ramp-up activities.

* Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and shop-floor

resources.

* Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and

manufacturing processes.

* Drive CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement

initiatives.

* Ensure adherence to EHS requirements and promote a strong safety culture.

* Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain

teams.

* Track KPIs including productivity, quality, rejection rates, OTD, and

manpower efficiency.

* Develop and mentor production teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or related

discipline. 5-8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Data Center

Infrastructure, Electrical Panels, Bus Ducts, or Sheet Metal Fabrication.
