DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
Are you passionate about infrastructure technologies and helping customers solve complex business challenges through innovative solutions?
We are looking for a Data Center Pre-Sales Engineer to join our regional team supporting customers and business partners across Latin America. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to design and recommend infrastructure solutions focused on servers, storage, networking, and emerging AI technologies.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional who enjoys solving problems, interacting with customers, and working in a dynamic multinational environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design and propose Data Center solutions based on customer requirements.
* Support customers and business partners across Latin America.
* Collaborate on infrastructure projects involving servers, storage, networking, and software integration.
* Lead technical discussions and solution presentations with customers.
* Develop technical architectures and recommendations aligned with business needs.
* Support complex solution opportunities and contribute to strategic infrastructure initiatives.
* Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI infrastructure solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience working with Data Center technologies.
* Knowledge of servers, storage, networking, and infrastructure solutions.
* Previous experience developing or designing technical solutions.
* Conversational English.
* Self-driven and highly autonomous.
* Ability to work under a hybrid work model (3 days in the office / 2 days remote).
