The Opportunity

In this role you will:

Coordinate permitting, planning, and infrastructure delivery programmes.

Drive utility engagement strategies, including power and water coordination.

Manage project schedules, risks, reporting, budgets, and governance processes.

Lead negotiations for Statements of Work (SOWs), consultant agreements, and infrastructure-related contracts.

Prepare executive-level reporting and support strategic decision-making.

Ensure effective project documentation, data integrity, and process compliance.

Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership and external partners.

Understand utility infrastructure requirements, permitting, and due diligence processes for large-scale developments.

Are commercially aware with experience managing budgets, contracts, risks, and project reporting.

Are highly organised, delivery-focused, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Have experience using project management tools, scheduling software, and reporting systems.

Hold a degree in a relevant discipline; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
