You’ll be responsible for:
Drives implementation and compliance of HSW policies, standards and procedures across projects.
Leads preparation and assurance of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems and audits.
Coordinates inspection and audit programmes, undertaking reviews and supporting operational HSW compliance.
Analyses performance data, KPIs and reports to identify risks, drive improvements and deliver corrective actions.
Leads incident investigations, fosters continuous improvement and builds stakeholder relationships.
Champions net zero ambitions, proactively managing carbon impacts and supporting sustainable project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
Relevant HSW qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH) and professional membership (IOSH or equivalent).
Proven HSW experience, including auditing, risk management and compliance delivery.
Strong communication skills, translating technical information for diverse audiences.
Organised, proactive and solutions-focused, managing priorities and stakeholder relationships effectively.
