You’ll be responsible for:
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HSW policies, standards and best practice across projects and operations.
Conduct audits and inspections, driving the timely resolution of findings and compliance requirements.
Analyse audit outcomes, KPIs and corrective actions to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
Ensure effective incident investigation processes, sharing lessons learned to strengthen organisational performance.
Provide leadership, coaching and professional development to HSW teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
Support the net zero carbon transition through proactive management of carbon-related risks and opportunities in project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, driving high performance and continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of HSW legislation, risk management, assurance and audit principles.
Effective stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leaders and communicating complex information clearly.
Degree-qualified with relevant professional accreditation and commitment to continuous professional development.
