You’ll be responsible for:
Support the coordination and quality assurance of mechanical work packages, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant delivery.
Monitor site progress, maintain accurate records and track completed works against programme requirements.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Contribute to progress reviews, inspections, quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a strong safety culture through site inductions, inspections and observation reporting.
Utilise digital tools and business processes effectively, while supporting Mace's net zero carbon commitments and sustainability objectives.
You’ll need to have:
Recognised construction qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND, degree or equivalent) with relevant CSCS card.
Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, programme management and progress tracking.
Knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing standards, including SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; working towards CIOB or equivalent membership.
