Support the team in maintaining server and network uptime and reliability by responding promptly to assigned tickets.

Communicate clearly with team members, and escalate issues when outside of scope or expertise.

Participate in training and development activities to build technical skills.

Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times.

Physically assist with moving and racking server and network equipment for projects and operational needs.

Routine operation of hand and power tools (such as drills, screwdrivers, safety cutters, and lifts) to support installation and maintenance tasks.

Basic understanding of computer and network hardware, including cabling (personal, academic, or hobbyist experience).

Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions, MOPs, and standard operating procedures.

Strong attention to detail and reliability in task execution.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
