Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support

Troubleshooting & Resolution: Lead the diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of complex/difficult faults in large water dispenser/chiller products, providing both remote and on-site technical support.

Continuous Improvement: Organize failure reviews, produce technical bulletins and improvement plans, and drive closed-loop product quality control.

Sales Collaboration: Partner with the front-end sales team to provide technical support for after-sales solutions, and participate in technical aspects of key account servicing and business negotiations.

2. After-Sales System Building

System Documentation: Develop and refine system documentation including service processes, technical solutions, technical standards/specifications, and operating instructions (SOPs) across all after-sales services.

Training Materials: Responsible for building and continuously optimizing technical training documentation for large water products.

Talent & Technical Training: Regularly organize talent development and technical training sessions for customers, after-sales personnel, and core service providers.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in engineering;

2.Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service or after-sales technical support roles, with deep familiarity with Chiller products working principles, structures, and common troubleshooting methods.

3.Familiarity with the data center industry, with a foundational understanding of engineering field operations

4.Have a strong interest in and learning agility to new technologies and innovations.

5. Eligible to work with any U.S employer without immediate work visa sponsorship requirement for now and in the future.
