Entry Level Logistics Associate L1:
How You Will Make a Difference:
Collaborate with a team to ensure accurate, timely, and safe movement of inventory using various equipment
Maintain strict inventory control through accurate system transactions and adherence to safety protocols
Commit to quality, safety, and efficiency while aligning with Milestone's core values of urgency, collaboration, and respect
What You Will Need to Succeed:
High School Diploma or GED, with minimum 1 year of experience in operations or material handling
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing changing priorities effectively
Strong inventory control skills, workplace safety knowledge, and proficiency with computer and mobile devices
Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent communication, and customer service skills; forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
Logistics Associate L2:
How You Will Make a Difference:
Collaborate with the team to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely logistics operations with strict inventory control
Support continuous improvement, maintain 5S standards, and proactively escalate service issues
Safely transport inventory using various equipment and contribute to quality, safety, and customer service excellence
What You Will Need to Succeed:
High School Diploma or GED and minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related operational roles
Proficiency in Windows programs, effective communication skills, and ability to manage priorities independently and in teams
Knowledge of warehouse safety practices, inventory control, and ability to work in a physical labor environment
Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
