Engage in regular development discussions aligned with company competency frameworks

Participate in a rotating on-call roster to support 24/7 operations

Support additional tasks as directed by the Facility or Services Manager

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations

Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively

Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of data centre operations, including rack management, IT installations, cooling, and power systems

Willingness to build expertise in high-density power and advanced cooling technologies
