* Success Measures

Success in this role will be demonstrated through:

Delivery of high-quality curricula aligned with operational and launch

milestones.

Consistent use of standardized learning materials across supported campuses.

Reduced time required to develop, review, and release priority training.

Improved learner readiness, first-pass assessment results, and

time-to-qualification.

Effective collaboration between Training, technical SMEs, and Operations.

Timely integration of lessons learned, equipment changes, and operational

requirements.

Development of scalable programs that strengthen internal technical

capability and help reduce long-term reliance on external vendors.

This role is part of a centralized Training Center of Excellence based in

Nashville, TN and supports multiple data center campuses. Periodic travel may

be required to conduct needs assessments, observe job performance, support

pilot delivery, collaborate with site stakeholders, and evaluate training

effectiveness.

the ground up. The Instructional Designer will play a central role in

defining how Oracle develops, qualifies, and advances its critical facilities

workforce—creating learning programs that directly influence site readiness,
