About This Role
Responsibilities
* Perform hardware installations, configurations, diagnostics, troubleshooting,
and repairs in the data center environment for servers, network devices, and
storage systems.
* Participate in daily operational support tasks such as racking, stacking,
cabling, and component replacements.
* Execute scheduled maintenance, firmware, and hardware upgrades with precision
and adherence to strict change control processes.
* Support and respond to tickets for on-site incidents, equipment failures, or
system alerts, escalating issues as needed.
* Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, repairs, and infrastructure
* Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to
implement and optimize processes.
* Always ensure adherence to physical security and safety practices.
* Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery activities, as

Preferred Qualifications:
* 3 to 5+ years of experience working in a data center or mission-critical
* Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (server/storage hardware,
networking, cabling, and power/cooling systems).
* Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs of
