What will you do?
Own technical execution for electrical systems projects spanning HV, MV, and LV power networks
Design comprehensive power system architectures integrating generation, storage, conversion, and distribution components
Lead technical teams through all project phases including design, supplier management, implementation, and testing
Assess and manage technical risks while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders and leadership
What are the key skills we are looking for?
Problem Solving — advanced level; resolving complex technical challenges across electrical system integration and delivery
Electrical Distribution Systems — intermediate level; designing and implementing reliable power networks for diverse market segments
Power-System Protection — intermediate level; ensuring safety and reliability across electrical network assets
Risk Assessment — intermediate level; identifying technical risks and developing mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle
What qualifications will make you successful?
Proven ability to lead and mentor technical professionals in complex engineering environments
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a customer-focused approach to solution delivery
Confident decision-maker who balances technical standards with practical project constraints
Team-oriented collaborator who thrives in cross-functional project settings
Ability to engage with Data Center operators, consultants, EPCs, and end customers on technical solutions.

About You
Education: University Msc/Bsc Electrical Engineering Degree
Language requirements:
Fluent in English
Experienced in Data Centers
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills requirements
High level of organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including customer-facing and convincing.
Ability to influence stakeholders on the correct project technical strategy.
Ability to learn from others, share your knowledge, coach others and collaboration.
