About This Role

Join us as a Senior Associate in Tender Management and drive business growth through strategic bid leadership. You'll lead the full tendering lifecycle, from analyzing customer requirements to crafting compelling proposals that win. This role offers high visibility and the chance to make a real commercial impact.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tender Engineer (Electrical) with a strong background in Data Center projects to support the preparation, submission, and management of technical and commercial tenders. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems used in data centers, including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, MV/LV infrastructure, and critical facility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze tender documents, specifications, drawings, and client requirements.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Data Center and critical infrastructure projects.

Review project scope and identify technical risks and opportunities.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing sheets.

Develop technical compliance statements and bid documentation.

Conduct technical evaluations of vendor offers and subcontractor proposals.

Ensure compliance with customer requirements, standards, and project specifications.

Support pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client clarifications.

Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project execution teams.

Prepare value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.

Maintain tender records and ensure submission deadlines are met.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering.

At least 1 year of experience in Data Center projects.

Proven experience in critical power infrastructure and mission-critical facilities.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of:

Data Center electrical infrastructure.

Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems.

UPS systems and battery solutions.

Switchgear and Power Distribution Units (PDUs).

Energy Management and Monitoring Systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

Experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.

Familiarity with Data Center requirements.

Software Skills

Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong negotiation and commercial awareness.

Team player with effective coordination skill
