Data Center Security Officer FT/PT Vineland, NJ

Securitas is looking for Data Center Security Officer (s) 

The Data Center Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment

for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control

and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing

regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel,

visitors, and the area. 

The ideal candidate should have open availability - All shifts and days

including weekends.

Location: Vineland, NJ

Pay Rate: $24.50- $26.50

What You Can Expect:

* Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

* Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

* Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious

activity.

* Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.

* Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and

guests.

* Utilizing technology devices throughout shift. 

* Conduct tours of the property. 

* Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required

for assigned site.

 MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age. 

• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone). 

• Must have a reliable means of transportation with a clean driving record

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States. 

• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. 

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED. 

* Must be able to work independently. 

* Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. 

* Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. 

* Must have a professional demeanor. 

* Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and

use appropriate escalation.
