What You’ll Do

As a Datacenter Access Management Specialist, you will be responsible for

supervising and managing physical access control systems to ensure operational

effectiveness across critical data center environments. This position will be

based in Richardson, TX and plays a key role in supporting data center

operations and security program management by ensuring secure, compliant, and

efficient management of employee, contractor, vendor, and visitor access while

supporting business continuity and security objectives. The ideal candidate is

personable, dedicated, and equipped to lead the governance and administration of

physical access controls, with strong customer service skills and excellent

communication, aligned with our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and

Helpfulness. 

* Manage physical access programs, badge administration, and access permissions

for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors in critical data center

environments.

* Lead governance and administration of physical access controls to ensure

secure, compliant, and efficient operations.

* Oversee and support security compliance, audits, and access governance

activities related to enterprise access control systems (Lenel preferred).

* Maintain, edit, and submit digital metric platforms, including Excel,

Smartsheet, Power BI, and PowerApps.

* Communicate and coordinate inventory, equipment, record keeping, and related

matters to ensure smooth delivery of services and support business continuity

and security initiatives.

* Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience that sets you apart:

* Minimum 3 years of security experience needed.

* Must have 3+ years of experience in physical security, access control, data

center operations, or security program management.

* Strong understanding of security compliance, audits, and access governance.

* Experience working in or supporting critical data center environments.

* Additional experience with digital metric and reporting tools (Smartsheet,

Power BI, PowerApps).

The salary range for this role is from $60,000 to $80,000. Specific pricing for

the role may vary within the above range based on factors such as, candidate

experience, and skills.
