Site Lead - Data Center - Full Time
Primary Location: Sparks, NV
Wage: $27.00/HR
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Site Lead
position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by
providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on
assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for
the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and
may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to
personnel, visitors, and premises.
The Site Lead maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting
and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership. If you have

* Performs duties of Security Guard within scope of assignment.
* Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection
devices and fire control equipment.
* Management of security teams in various environments.
* Ensure all deliveries / contractors are registered and authorized to be on
site before providing access to yard.
* Continuous monitoring security cameras for suspicious activity.
* Under the direction of the District Manager, assist with all administrative
duties for the Security Department.
* Scheduling weekly and extra coverage.
* Provide support to the facility team in emergency situations.
* Perform weekly audits of Security patrols, incident reports and equipment.
* All other duties as assigned by the District Manager and Facility Manager.
* 18 years of age or older.
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Above average computer / technology skills needed.
* Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
* Must be able to work independently.
* Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
* Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
* Must have a professional demeanor.
* Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and
use appropriate escalation.
* All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment
screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
* 2+ years of Supervisor experience required.
* Experience with payroll, scheduling, and managing needed.
