Where the work is: data center construction projects across Texas. This posting recruits from Fort Worth; the job sites are elsewhere in the state.

Data centers are going up all over Texas, and the crews building them need more electricians than any one city can supply. Tarpon Specialty Services is recruiting journeymen, foremen and apprentices from Fort Worth, Arlington, Weatherford, Burleson, Keller, Mansfield, Denton and Tarrant County to fill those crews. Once you are in our system, we work to keep you placed as each new Texas project starts.

Positions We Are Filling

Electrical Foremen / Lead Electricians

Journeyman Electricians

Apprentice Electricians

Electricians with commercial, industrial or data center experience

Background That Fits

Prior data center work is a plus but not required for every position. If you have wired aerospace or manufacturing facilities, hospitals, distribution centers, refineries, power plants or large commercial buildings, your experience applies. Depending on role, expect to work on:

Switchgear, distribution gear, transformers and panelboards

Generators, UPS and backup-power systems

Conduit – EMT, rigid/IMC, PVC – bending and installation

Cable tray, raceway, feeder and branch pulls, terminations

Grounding and bonding

Motor controls, control wiring, low-voltage and fiber

One-lines, prints and electrical drawings

Testing, commissioning and startup support

What We Require

Current Texas electrical license or registration (TDLR)

Verifiable electrical construction experience

Willingness to travel within Texas and work overtime and extended schedules

Ability to clear project-specific employment and site requirements

Reliable transportation, dependable attendance, safety-first attitude

Earnings
