⚡ Electricians Wanted – Data Center Construction Across Texas ⚡

Tarpon Specialty Services is hiring electricians for the data center construction wave underway across Texas. Projects are being built statewide, and Abilene is one of the first. If you are a licensed electrician in the Big Country – Abilene, Sweetwater, Brownwood, Snyder, Stamford, Clyde – this is the chance to get into critical-power construction close to home, with more Texas sites coming behind it.

We are not filling one or two spots. We are building a large, ongoing electrical workforce and staying in touch with every qualified hand as new Texas projects open.

Who We Need

Journeyman Electricians

Apprentice Electricians

Electrical Foremen and Lead Electricians

Commercial, industrial and data center electricians

The Work

These are large-scale, long-duration builds with heavy electrical and critical-power scope. Assignments vary by position, and may include:

Conduit – EMT, RMC/IMC and PVC – bending, installing and supporting

Cable tray, raceway and wire/cable pulls and terminations

Switchgear, distribution gear, transformers and panels

Grounding and bonding

UPS, generators and backup-power systems

Motor controls, control wiring and low-voltage/fiber

Working from prints, one-lines and electrical drawings

Testing, commissioning and startup support

Data center experience helps but is not required for every position. Electricians coming from plants, refineries, power generation, hospitals, semiconductor sites and other large commercial or industrial projects fit well here.

Requirements

Current Texas electrical license or registration (TDLR)

Verifiable electrical construction experience

Able to meet project employment and site entry requirements

Safe, dependable, and willing to work overtime and extended schedules as the project requires

Reliable transportation
