Participate in project meetings, workshops, and site inspections, ensuring project objectives and actions are clearly tracked and communicated.

Assist in reviewing technical submissions, construction programmes, method statements, testing & commissioning plans, and project progress reports.

Support project governance, reporting, budgeting, and cost tracking activities.

Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately within project management systems and digital platforms.

Promote best practices in health, safety, quality, and risk management throughout project delivery.

Support the successful transition of projects into operational readiness and client handover.

Good understanding of project delivery processes across design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover phases.

Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
