Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Buyer Administrator to support procurement operations within large-scale data center projects in Chile. This role will provide administrative and transactional support to ensure efficient procurement processes within a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support procurement teams with purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and documentation.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
Assist with RFQs and bid documentation preparation.
Track orders, invoices, and payments in alignment with project needs.
Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and internal controls.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in procurement or administrative support roles.
Strong organizational and data management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and procurement systems.
Spanish and English proficiency required.
