Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support large-scale data centre construction projects. The role is responsible for managing project documentation, drawings, technical submissions, and handover records, ensuring compliance with project and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all project documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence. Ensure accurate document numbering, revision control, and distribution of current approved documents.
Administer and maintain document management systems, particularly Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Track document workflows, approvals, submissions, and outstanding actions.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on document requirements.
Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, commissioning documents, and handover packages. Compile and manage O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, and final turnover documentation.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company and project document control procedures.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of document control experience within construction, MEP, industrial, or data centre projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is essential.
Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or BIM 360 is advantageous.
Knowledge of document control processes, revision management, transmittals, RFIs, and submittals.
Familiarity with QA/QC, commissioning, and project handover documentation.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience supporting data centre or mission-critical facility projects.
Knowledge of MEP documentation and commissioning processes.
Experience managing high volumes of technical and construction documents in fast-paced project environments.
