Job Description

Lead end-to-end construction management activities for data center projects.

Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, environmental requirements, and company standards.

Drive a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and construction standards are maintained.

Manage project reporting, including schedule updates, cost tracking, and executive-level status reports.

Coordinate with design, engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to support project delivery.

Lead issue resolution and decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Support procurement activities, contract negotiations, and change management processes.

Ensure successful project handover, commissioning, and closeout activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 10–15 years of construction management experience

Proven experience delivering complex construction projects valued at over USD 100 million.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and critical infrastructure environments.

Experience managing multiple contractors and cross-functional project teams.

Excellent understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost management, and risk management.

Familiarity with industry standards, building regulations, and construction best practices.
