Job Description
Provide accurate verbal interpretation between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia during meetings, site visits, workshops, and project discussions.
Translate project-related documents, reports, correspondence, presentations, and technical materials.
Support communication between international stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Attend project meetings and prepare translation notes when required.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all translated materials.
Assist the project management team in coordinating communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks related to project communication.
Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.
Proven experience as a Translator or Interpreter, preferably in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or data center projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand and translate technical terminology related to construction and project management.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment and on-site setting.
Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Willing to be based at the project site as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Chinese contractors, consultants, or multinational project teams.
Background in construction, engineering, project management, or data center projects.
HSK certification or equivalent Mandarin language qualification is an advantage.
