Review payment applications, cost forecasts, and final accounts.

Prepare regular commercial and financial reports for clients and stakeholders.

Support contract administration and commercial management activities during project delivery.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Participate in project meetings, cost reviews, and commercial discussions.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with key project stakeholders.

Deliver clear and accurate commercial advice to support project objectives.

Project Delivery & Team Support

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects within approved budgets and commercial targets.

Support senior team members in managing complex MEP packages and interfaces.

Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices within the team.

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.

5-8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or Commercial Management.

Professional accreditation (e.g. MRICS or equivalent) is preferred.
